6. Returns & Refunds
6.1 Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return items within:
Egypt: 14 days of receipt
UAE: 21 days of receipt (as required by UAE Consumer Protection Law)

7.1 Product Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our products. Our rugs and textiles are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for:
Piled Jacquard Rugs: 1 year from purchase date
Printed Modern & Geometric Rugs: 1 year from purchase date
Cushions & Home Textiles: 6 months from purchase date
7.2 Fade Resistance Warranty
Our printed Modern & Geometric Collection uses fade-resistant technology. We warrant that colors will not significantly fade under normal indoor use for 1 year from purchase date.
7.3 Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by improper use or cleaning
Stains or soiling
Damage from pets
Products that have been altered or repaired
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Ownership
All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software, is the property of Amara Fabric or our licensors and is protected by Egyptian and UAE intellectual property laws.
8.2 Our Original Designs
All designs in our Modern & Geometric Collection are original creations printed in our own factory. You may not reproduce, copy, or replicate these designs without our express written permission.
8.3 Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes.
9. User Conduct
You agree not to:

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
