Return & Refund Policy

At Amara, your satisfaction with our home textiles is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to assist you with a return or exchange in accordance with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging with all Amara tags and labels intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order confirmation or invoice is required to process your request.

2. Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)

To maintain quality standards, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom-made rugs or personalized textile items.
  • Products altered, cut, or tailored specifically to your requested dimensions.
  • Items showing clear signs of use, washing, or damage after delivery.
  • Items returned without their original protective packaging.

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or does not match your order specifications, you may request a replacement or full refund within 14 days of receipt. In these cases, Amara will cover all associated shipping and return costs.

4. How to Start Your Return

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at amara-fabric.web@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Approval: Our team will review your request and provide specific return instructions.
  3. Inspection: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it to confirm it meets our eligibility criteria.

5. Refunds

  • Method: Approved refunds will be issued via Bank Transfer or InstaPay.
  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after your item passes inspection.
  • Shipping Costs: For “change of mind” returns, the customer is responsible for all shipping and return courier charges. Original delivery fees are non-refundable.

6. Inspection Upon Delivery

We encourage you to inspect your parcel at the time of delivery. You are entitled to refuse the parcel at the door if it does not meet your expectations; in such cases, the courier will return it directly to us.
